1. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your workspace. Helmbase is currently offered in early access, free of charge — see our pricing page for the latest status.
2. Acceptable use
Use Helmbase to manage your own freelance or studio business. Don’t use it to store data you don’t have the right to hold, to send unsolicited bulk email through the platform, or to attempt to access another workspace’s data.
3. E-signatures
The document e-signing feature records a signer’s action against a unique link. You are responsible for ensuring any contract sent through Helmbase is legally valid for your use case and jurisdiction.
4. Availability
Helmbase is provided “as is” during early access. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves.
5. Termination
You may stop using Helmbase and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
